Shipping:

  • Shipping Options:

    • Standard: 5-7 business days.

    • Express: 2-3 business days (extra charges apply).

  • International Shipping: Available to selected countries; duties and taxes may apply.

  • Tracking: Tracking details are provided via email after shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns:

Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Return Process: Contact [customer service email] for return authorization. Include order number and reason.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is received. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Process as a return and place a new order.
